Congratulations! You've taken the first step toward achieving your goals.

What to expect in this session:

  • A discussion of your goals and current challenges

  • An evaluation of your eating habits, allergies, supplement intake, and digestive concerns

  • A review of lifestyle factors such as physical activity, sleep, and stress

  • Determination of your energy and protein requirements

  • Planning future sessions based on the topics you wish to explore

Follow-ups

Follow-up appointments play a key role in helping you reach your goals. I’ll be by your side every step of the way to support and motivate you!

What to expect in these sessions:

  • Personalized feedback on your 3-day food diary (required for the first follow-up, optional for others)

  • Nutrition education (e.g., meal planning, portion sizes, label reading, and more)

  • Progress assessment

  • Discussion of strategies to overcome obstacles

  • Goal-setting tailored to your journey

  • A summary of each consultation—including goals, resources, and recipes—emailed to you within two business days

Meal plan

The meal plan is one of many personalized interventions available to support your nutrition goals. It’s designed to provide a clear starting point for improving your dietary habits.

What to expect:

  • The meal plan is not a rigid Monday-to-Sunday menu. Instead, it’s a structured template that guides your daily eating patterns.

  • It’s tailored to your specific energy and protein needs to help you reach your goals.

  • You’ll learn the recommended number of portions from each food group required per day (e.g., fruits, dairy &  alternatives, etc.).

  • The plan is flexible, offering a variety of food options to suit your preferences.

  • You’ll discover how to combine food groups effectively to build balanced meals and snacks.

  • You’ll also learn how to visually estimate portion sizes for practical, everyday use.
