What to expect in this session:

Evaluation of eating habits, allergies, nutritional supplement intake & digestive issues

Evaluation of lifestyle factors (e.g. physical activity, sleep & stress)

Establishing your energy & protein requirements

Establishing & planning future sessions based on the topics you want to learn
Follow-ups
Follow-up appointments are very important in order to ensure that your goals are achieved. I will be there every step of the way to support & motivate you!
What to expect in these sessions:

Feedback on your 3-day food diary (for the 1st follow-up and optional for the other follow-ups)

Nutrition education (e.g., meal plan, portions, reading labels & much more!)

Assessment of progress

Discussion of solutions to obstacles

Goal-setting

Summary of each consultation (i.e., goals, resources, recipes etc.) sent to you by email within 2 business days.
Meal plan
The meal plan is one of the many types of interventions you may ask for. The meal plan is designed to give you a basic idea of how to begin changing your dietary habits.
What to expect:

The meal plan offered is not a fixed menu from Monday to Sunday. It is a structured template designed to guide you on how to eat on a daily basis.

The plan is personalized to your energy and protein requirements in order to achieve your goals.

You will learn the number of portions from each food group that you require daily (ex: fruits, milk and alternatives etc.).

The plan is flexible because you will have many options of foods to choose from.

Learn the proper combinations of food groups to better structure your meals and snacks.

Learn how to visually estimate your portion sizes.
