What to expect in this session:​

  • Discussion of your goals & current obstacles

  • Evaluation of eating habits, allergies, nutritional supplement intake & digestive issues

  • Evaluation of lifestyle factors (e.g. physical activity, sleep & stress)

  • Establishing your energy & protein requirements

  • Establishing & planning future sessions based on the topics you want to learn

Follow-ups

Follow-up appointments are very important in order to ensure that your goals are achieved. I will be there every step of the way to support & motivate you!

What to expect in these sessions:

  • Feedback on your 3-day food diary (for the 1st follow-up and optional for the other follow-ups)

  • Nutrition education (e.g., meal plan, portions, reading labels & much more!)

  • Assessment of progress

  • Discussion of solutions to obstacles

  • Goal-setting

  • Summary of each consultation (i.e., goals, resources, recipes etc.) sent to you by email within 2 business days.

Meal plan

The meal plan is one of the many types of interventions you may ask for. The meal plan is designed to give you a basic idea of how to begin changing your dietary habits.

What to expect:

  • The meal plan offered is not a fixed menu from Monday to Sunday. It is a structured template designed to guide you on how to eat on a daily basis.

  • The plan is personalized to your energy and protein requirements in order to achieve your goals.

  • You will learn the number of portions from each food group that you require daily (ex: fruits, milk and alternatives etc.).

  • The plan is flexible because you will have many options of foods to choose from.

  • Learn the proper combinations of food groups to better structure your meals and snacks.

  • Learn how to visually estimate your portion sizes.
