As a registered dietitian and member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec, I support women aged 45 and over who are going through perimenopause or menopause and want to regain their energy, improve their relationship with food, and achieve sustainable weight loss.

My approach is simple: to understand your reality, provide science-based guidance, and help you develop realistic and sustainable eating habits—without restrictive dieting or judgment.
