Recipe: Maple balsamic broccoli

Portions: 2
Time: 35 min

- 1 large broccoli
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- Olive oil
- ½ white onion
- Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic reduction:

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup


1) Preheat oven to 375*F. Chop the broccoli and the onion. Place them on a cooking tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Cook for 20 min.
2) Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar and the maple syrup to a boil. Then reduce to low-medium heat for 5-10 min. The mixture should be a little bit thicker.
3) Add the cranberries and sprinkle with your balsamic reduction.
