Look no further, this recipe is for you!Recipe: Cheesy carrot turkey ballsPortions: 9 ballsTime: 1 hourIngredients:-2 medium carrots-1 cup spinach-1/4 cup bread crumbs-450g turkey, ground-1 egg-1 tbsp dill, fresh-150g cheese, low fat-Salt & pepper to tasteSauce:-3 tbsps Greek yogourt, 0%, plain-2 tbsps maple syrup-1 tbsp dill, freshPreparation:1) Preheat oven to 350*F.2) In a food processor or blender, mix the carrots, spinach, bread crumbs & dill.3) In a bowl, add the turkey, the food processor mixture & egg. Mix.4) Make 9 balls with the mixture. Add a small cube of cheese in each ball. Place on wax paper on a cooking tray.
