Food of the week...Carrots!

Looking for a CHEESY recipe that is healthy? Look no further, this recipe is for you!

Recipe: Cheesy carrot turkey balls

Portions: 9 balls
Time: 1 hour

-2 medium carrots
-1 cup spinach
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
-450g turkey, ground
-1 egg
-1 tbsp dill, fresh
-150g cheese, low fat
-Salt & pepper to taste
-3 tbsps Greek yogourt, 0%, plain
-2 tbsps maple syrup
-1 tbsp dill, fresh

1) Preheat oven to 350*F.
2) In a food processor or blender, mix the carrots, spinach, bread crumbs & dill.
3) In a bowl, add the turkey, the food processor mixture & egg. Mix.
4) Make 9 balls with the mixture. Add a small cube of cheese in each ball. Place on wax paper on a cooking tray. Bake in the oven for 45 min.
5) Make the sauce: in a small bowl mix together the yogurt, maple syrup & dill.
